Hello, I'm "Cheech" and I’m proud to say I created the PlyoBoxing Athletic Fitness Training Program utilizing over 30 years experience starting when I earned my black belt in Tae Kwon Do in 1978.  After that, I spent the next several years diversifying my training program to include boxing, kickboxing and jeet kune do.  Though my training focus was on martial arts I discovered I was getting a superior total-body workout at the same time.  That’s when I began to expand my training focus toward achieving peak fitness results.  Adding plyometrics was the icing on the cake!  I had read about how top athletes were using this type of training to enhance their skills and fitness level for a competitive edge.  I immediately began to incorporate plyometrics into my training routine along with boxing and kickboxing.  Soon after, I created the PlyoBoxing Athletic Fitness Training Program designed for anyone seeking peak fitness results and optimal health.
